Horvée Return Policy
At Horvée, we stand behind the quality of our timepieces and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all protective films, tags, and accessories intact.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
Return Process
Contact our customer support at horvéewatches@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 30 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
