Processing & Handling
All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
United States Shipping (Free) – Estimated delivery within at least 14 business days.
International Shipping (Rates vary by location) – Estimated delivery within 7- 21 business days.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as customs processing for international orders.
International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Customs processing may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package through our website or the carrier's tracking system.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at horvéewatches@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) at this time.
